Once again, the parallels between music and photography continue for me. I asked The Hot Club of Phoenix if we could try an experiment together. I happen to love their brand of gypsy jazz. These guys can set a room on fire! I asked if they could come up with a musical response to some of the images in my personal work. My sincere thanks to Mama Java Coffee House, who provided the venue for the band and a very enthusiastic audience.
The night before the performance, the band came over to my place to rehearse, and the next thing I knew, I was having a blast taking pictures of them. What you see here are some of the images which the band has chosen to use for their promotion.
